SAP Training

BizAps training services are designed to be flexible in order to maximise the value they deliver to you.

Our courses are tailored to you and your implemented SAP system so that the trainees receive the maximum benefit. We can deliver courses to any level within the organisation – such as senior managers, key users, end users, support personnel and project teams. We then provide an ongoing mentoring service, to ensure that the development is solidified and continued long after completion of the workshops.

Organisations often spend significant amounts of time, resource and money implementing solutions from SAP that have the potential to facilitate significant change and cost savings within those organisations. Once these new processes and technology have been implemented, it is the people who make them work and actually provide the benefits that are achievable. Without continual investment in developing their skills, these benefits are either not achieved at all, or are eroded with time.

Our training services are separated into a number of areas:
  • Developing Project & Support Teams
    We can run workshops to allow your in-house SAP specialists to develop their skills and stay up to date with the latest developments. We can also use these sessions to advise on new business processes and the impact on SAP.
  • Management Workshops
    Our executive and management workshops build on the benefits that you have already achieved with your SAP implementations. We help your managers and staff to understand how best to leverage SAP to meet the requirements of your business and factors such as emerging legislation.
  • Training Needs Analysis
    Do you realise that some of your users need more training, but are not sure exactly who and to what level? We work with you to undertake a training needs analysis and recommend a training plan suited to your users.
  • End User Workshops
    Do you need help in putting together repeatable training courses for end users? We have experience in quickly developing material for end user training courses, which we can deliver for you, or coach you so that they are delivered in-house.
  • On-going Support & Mentoring
    Our support service allows registered users to log process or technical queries. To complement this we offer a mentoring service, which provides on-site “face-time” with selected users, working to an agreed plan to develop their ability to expand and grow your SAP system to achieve further organisational benefits.
